KNIFE CRAFT

My knives are forged from high carbon steels and each piece is one of a kind.  High carbon steels require a little more TLC than stainless steel. However, they are also easier to sharpen and in some cases hold a better edge. Carbon steel will develop a patina due to the acidity of various foods, but over time, the patina will act as a rust barrier while giving each knife a unique character of their own.
